The accountant will be responsible for preparing the books of accounts and analyzing the information to determine the financial activities (assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability etc) within the organization.
Job Responsibilities :
He /she will manage all the day to day transactions of the organization and will design and implement a scalable system for smooth operations of accounting activities. He/she will study the accounting reports as prepared and ensure its authenticity and accuracy.
He /she will be responsible for auditing the books of accounts of the organization and will supervise the process of the same to ensure that it is in compliance with all applicable statutory laws.
He /she will develop, maintain and analyze budgets, periodic reports, forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel.
He /she will ascertain the accounting needs of the organization and make use of accounting software’s to recommend solutions for the financial problems being faced.
He /she will analyze complex financial transactions, break them into modules and prepare simple and summarized reports on the same that will explain what the information means and how it can be used.
Job Profile:
The candidate should be a graduate in B.Com (Hons) with a comprehensive working knowledge in Tally and Excel. He should have a good grasp in accounting and should be good with handling large amounts of data in terms of numbers calculation, checking and balancing accounts etc.
He/she should have a thorough understanding of accounting procedures, laws, government regulations etc with respect to his /her domain expertise.
He/she should be a critical thinker and use logic and reasoning to come up with alternative and viable solutions.
He/she should be flexible in adapting to new techniques, software’s etc and understand its implications on the working of the organization.
Minimum 7 years of experience.
